Curcio Law has extensive financing experience in multi-family housing projects, commercial buildings, mixed-use properties, and luxury housing.  We represent institutional and non-institutional lenders in addition to borrowing entities and individual borrowers.

Our commercial financing experience includes acquisition, construction and permanent loans, equipment financing, leasehold financing, private banking facilities, and multi-lender participation/syndicated financing. Our residential financing experience includes traditional mortgage loans, seller financing, refinancing, and home equity lines of credit.
